I too fell years of yoga have made me a bit complacent and perhaps too passive. <br /><br />One quick fact tho':<br /><br />One other art at least has Muslim "roots": Cha quan in China. <br /><br />Also the Tan Tui forms -used as basic Kung Fu training even in Shaolin- were probably developed by Chinese Muslims, the Hui. The Chinese have a saying to this day that the Hui have the best Tan Tui- and that your Kung Fu is only as good as your Tan Tui.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
