Iranian news agency launches Rumi website

News, articles, films and a bibliography of Rumi have been put on a website by the Molana News Agency which launched its work on August 29 marking the birth anniversary of Imam Mahdi (AS).

The project has been organized jointly by Tehran Municipality’s Art and Culture Organization (TMACO) and The Center for the Development of the Ideas and Mysticism of Molana.

Khalil Sepehr-Sobhani, the director of TMACO, announced that the section of the website devoted to Rumi experts will be completed by mid-September.

He added that the news agency had conferred with more than 20 organizations some of which had agreed to cooperate with the new venture. He mentioned the discussion forum as one of the notable facilities of the website which provides visitors with the opportunity to share and discuss their knowledge and ideas with each other.

The website is now available at www.maulananews.com
